Krista is a proven community leader and advocate with a record of fighting for District 6 families and winning. 

A born and raised Texan, she has lived in Austin for over 20 years and has spent the last decade living and working in her District 6 home with her husband and two sons. Her professional experience as an award winning appraisal expert, and years spent analyzing the Austin housing market, have prepared her to represent District 6 effectively on Austin City Council. Krista sees many ways that more effective representation could improve city services and quality of life for residents of District 6 and across Austin, and when elected she will ensure that the District will have a voice, and an advocate, in City Hall.
